New Year’s fair

It’s time for magic again – 55th annual Belgrade’s New Year’s fair is right around the corner, and this edition will be pretty special, from the moment of entry, because it’s free. Manifestation is due to take place from 18th until 30th of December, and with a new name – Winter fun fest, also with rich and diverse program and content.

Belgrade’s New Year’s fair represents the capitals introduction into the holiday spirit and accompanying festivities, last year more than 60.000 people visited the New Year’s fair in Belgrade! Organizers are expecting more than 200.000 people to attend this year’s event because of the new concept of free entry throughout the fair.
New Year’s fair is one of five key events on the calendar of entertaining happenings in Serbia’s capital as a part of manifestation Belgrade’s winter.

It’s a unique event organized by Belgrade fair. Belgrade’s New Year’s fair is intended mostly for the youngest among us, but this year there is a lot of content for more mature audiences. The Fair is placed inside four halls of Belgrade fair (Hall 1, Hall 2, Hall 1A, Hall 5), but the outdoors space is used too.

The special attraction of this fair is definitely going to be the ice atrium, space decorated in a fairytale manner with a skating rink in the middle, an ideal source of winter fun for kids, their parents, teenagers and couples in love. The young ones will also be able to enjoy a number of other fun activities like attending shows, workshops, playgrounds, off course in addition to the famous carnival rides for which the fair got widely popular.

Ambitions the organizers of one of the most liked manifestations of Belgrade’s fair are pretty big, and they are hoping to attract half a million people from Serbia and abroad to the Belgrade’s New Year’s fair in 2017.
